Sensitive Skin - Beware!!

I really enjoyed the cooling and hydrating effect this cream gives to my under eyes, but after using it consistently on my under eyes and eyelids, I actually developed some form of dermatitis on both eyelids. Both of my eyelids were flaky, scaly, and swollen! After discontinuing use, my skin luckily has calmed down. This is the second product from Laniege that has caused me issues :(

I started using this product in my night time routine and I love it! Very hydrating and nice, light, clean scent. I tend to have dry skin with pores prone to clogging but I've had no issues with break outs.

Depends

Good during the summer but once winter came this has not held up against the dryness. It has not broke me out and I guess it depends more on your skin type and the weather. Overall a nice moisturizer

Water bank under your eyess

if you have dry skin like I do and wanna have a moisturized eyes all day and night go for it. It feels like a natural and organic eye cream and packaging is so minimal and cute

THE BEST!!!

This is my go to moisturiser. The absolute best. It hydrates your skin and is so gentle. It has never irritated my skin in any way. Love it!

Really wanted to love this the product feels really nice on the skin but I don’t notice an actual difference in my under eyes while using during the day and waking up I’ve never had so many eye crusties in my life, for reference I never had this issue with a different under eye product :(

Small but helpful!

Do not underestimate the size of this. It may be small, but the amount of moisture it contains…absolutely astonishing. It provides so much moisture to the under eyes. Beautiful product, truly.

It’s good

I wanted to love it because it hydrates my eyes good but it makes them water! The product is smooth and doesn’t smell too strong. I have sensitive skin I hope that helps

My favorite

My favorite eye cream! I’m on my 3rd bottle of this and I love it. It’s moisturizing and makes my under eyes feel so soft. Does not burn my eyes.

Find something better

Since using this eye cream about 10 months, I have not noticed any difference in my fine lines around my eyes and the scent makes my eyes water. It has kind of a baby powder scent and my eyes don’t love it.

Sensitive eyes beware!

First, I love the texture and hydration of this product. I actually bought a second one after my first use because I loved it so much. Unfortunately, I found after my second use that there's something in this product's formulation that makes it hard for it to stay in place. I apply mine at night and by morning, am waking up with at least one stinging eye. After washing, I still have a residual sting for at least another 2-3 hours during the day. I've played around with placement, putting the product much further away from my eye than I would with other eye creams, but it still finds a way to creep in. Admittedly, I do have sensitive eyes, but this is the only eye cream I've ever used that has caused stinging. For me, it's a feeling that's very similar to accidentally getting chemical sunscreen in my eyes and is extremely uncomfortable. No matter how great the product's results are, it's simply not worth the amount of pain it has the potential to cause. If you have sensitive eyes, or sensitive skin around the eyes, I would *strongly* recommend choosing a different eye product.
