The Eye Cream Nomad - La crème pour les yeux Nomad

I didn’t have a problem with irritation like some others but I also didn’t see much of a difference in such an expensive eye cream. It is definitely hydrating which somewhat helps with fine lines but that’s about it. I had way better results with Dr Sturm eye cream.

I have to pass

I was excited for this cream since I work night shift, it made my under eyes on fire. My skin turned red and itchy right after applying it. First time I react to something.

Repurchasing

Don’t know if it helps, but it’s certainly not hurting! Use it evening & morning, and it lasts forever, sits well under all my makeup, and has never caused an issue on my sensitive skin. Love that you can buy a refill!

Nothing special but a fancy bottle

Let’s cut to the real issue: this eye cream is not worth the money! The cream is lightweight and hydrating, but it did nothing for my puffiness or fine linedlines.lines

It Works

I have used many eye creams and have often been disappointed. The Bader eye cream really works at preventing/eliminating under eye discoloration (under eye dark circles). I will continue to purchase and use it because it works.

You are 100% paying for packaging. The box, the heavy canister, the golden tube. The amount of eye cream you get is very minimal. The product or self feels very nice. It is hydrating. I am 40 and don’t have major under eye concerns just some slight discoloration and fine lines. This product did not help to address those concerns. I did laugh out loud at the other 5 star review from the “influencer” who got the product for free and who was 30 (so no under eye issues) and loved it. Well who wouldn’t love it then? This wasn’t a magical product for me and I did end up returning.

Some things are just necessary!

I'm getting ready to purchase my second refill. I actually do not hesitate to purchase this very pricy potion. I have noticed a big difference in makeup application, less puffiness, greater hydration, smoothing of wrinkles, and absolutely no eye irritation. I actually use this cream on my eyelids as well.

I’ve used this product for about two months now. I’m not sure it’s doing much… Might try a cheaper alternative instead of repurchasing.

Love it!

I love this cream. It is probably one of the best ones I have ever tried. I am a big fan of the AB line and I am never disappointed by the products. Pairs well with the rich cream for my skin type

Noticeable Difference!

I received this product for free from Augustinus Bader and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have been using this product for the past month. The eye cream packaging is very luxurious and it was a very special experience to open it. The cream itself is in a small tube. The price point of this cream is very high, but I have noticed a huge difference in the fine lines around my eyes since using this product. I am 32 and just starting to see noticeable crows feet. The lines are visibly diminished. Weirdly, I have also received more complements on my skin since using this product. I wish I had taken before and after photos! I love that this product is clean and backed by science. Although it is expensive, I would and have recommended this product to my friends. I will very likely try more of the Augustinus Bader line in the future.

On the Fence

Finding an eye cream that actually works, for wrinkles and anti-aging, is like finding a unicorn. I thought I was in unicorn heaven until about week 3 of using this, by itself, for my eyes twice a day. First the good stuff; this is a lightweight cream that sinks into that thin orbital skin and helps with wrinkles and flakes both under eye and on the eyelid. After letting it sink in, I used my usual Touche Eclat for undereye and it applied well and lasted all day. Moreover, it got rid of the flakes and deeper wrinkles on my eyelid, which made my eyeshadows apply beautifully. This was almost my Holy Grail, until I started to get milia in that eye area. I've had milia before, but never in skin this delicate. I was able to work them out with the help of a needle, but seriously, don't try that yourselves. I've had 3 milia now, and the eye cream is the only thing that could be causing them. It was the only change I've made. They hit without any makeup too. So be advised. There is a risk with this product. Also, if any of you are as sick of 25 year old influenster reviews for anti aging products, please give this review a "like". I'm sick of them. No 25 year old needs anti aging products. Nor can they review them with any helpful info. As a woman I wouldn't review a jockstrap, so why are 20 something kids reviewing anti aging stuff. It's a major time waster. Plus it clogs the threads so the rest of us have to search for real, honest reviews. In fact, the minute I see the word "influenster" I change the page. Won't buy that stuff. How about you?

Bad experience with this eye cream

After seeing all the great reviews, I deiced to purchased this eye cream in Jan 2022. I even took it one step further and did some research on the actual product and ingredients. I have to say, from all the high end expensive eye creams I've used, by far one of the worst cream I have used. . After the second week, I started noticing the lower eye area fine lines were worse and drier than ever, it appeared as the skin was burned. To the point that the lower eye area was even puffier and the dark circles looked worse. Based on my overall experience this cream has done the opposite of what the proven results shows on their website. Perhaps it can be that the ingredient are to strong for me.
