This makeup remover lotion is supposed to remove waterproof and longwear makeup but it doesn't. Its not runny or gloopy. It come out like a light lotion then when you rub it around your face it turns into a super light oil. This is not strong enough to remove makeup or sunscreen. It doesn't rise off well leaves a slight residue. Contains isoparaffin (mineral oil).

worthless

I always was a little unsure how well this worked. One day I forgot to use my cleanser after and skipped to my toner right away. The cotton pad I used was COVERED with foundation even after using this. Barely removes make up.

did not work for me

I was recommended this product based on how good it is, to my surprise it did not do anything to my face. I have combo skin with an oily tzone, I applied this product on my face massaged it in then rinsed, to find my face slick with oil and my makeup still on my face. I gave it three tries with different makeup (liquid/powder foundation, waterproof, non waterproof etc) and every time the same oil slick face with makeup still evident. Twas just not meant to be

love it

I use only on my eyes to remove layers of mascara and gel liner and waterproof brow product and it wipes it away easily and is even better because it doesn't burn or have a greasy feeling

great for double cleansing with dry skin

First, this is a makeup remover, NOT a cleanser. If you try to use it as a cleanser (rinsing off and following directly with toner/serum/etc.) it will not be very satisfying. Do like the directions say and take it off with a tissue, and then cleanse for real afterwords. That's how it's supposed to work, so I highly recommend trying it that way before you decide it's not for you. I personally really like this. It's perfect for someone (like me) who wears full face regularly and wants to double-cleanse but has dry skin. It does not feel greasy going on at all, the water base is obvious and it's very light. I will say there are some mascaras it does not completely remove, but the residue comes off when I cleanse so it's ok. I definitely would not recommend for stand-alone makeup removal because of this eye makeup issue, but if you're double cleansing it should be fine.

Best I've found

This is the best makeup remover I have found. It's a lotion so does not feel oily. It removes very well! My completion has really improved since starting this product. I haven't found anything that even compares!

Great Product, one of my favorites

I was surprised with the really low rating for this product. I have been using this for years and love it. Its a great price for how much product you get and it really does the job. Yes, it's can feel very oily and greasy on the skin but thats because it's removing makeup. I also follow this with my regular face wash and the combo leaves my skin feeling so moisturized and clean. I can definitely tell the difference when I stop using this for a couple of days because I breakout. I would definitely recommend this product.

wow I got the wrong one

Funny I was going to return this one anyways because it was oily I had a sample thought I was in love nope wrong. It removes but after u get this oily film feel ugh no besides sephora send me the wrong one!! Not as pictured.. No pump they send me the eyes and lip makeup remover. I still love u Sephora!

Didn't work for me.

I needed a waterproof makeup remover. This said it removed waterproof and long wear makeup. When you put it on, it starts to take off the makeup. But, when you rinse it off, it's oily and doesn't remove the makeup. I had to remove the rest with a tissue. Not impressed.

amazing remover, worth the price!

this makeup remover is amazing!!! I was wearing the double wear foundation for a few days and thought it was making me break out so when I went to return it, they explained that you need a makeup remover that takes off long wear and waterproof foundation so you don't break out. Since I started using this my foundation comes completely off and there is nothing left to cause acne. Works amazing for any foundation and also concealer that seems stuck on, this will remove it all.
