Fab colour -just not the best design on tube

Absolutely amazing colour and stays on all day - however my only complaint is that it has wound itself up by itself and now half of the stick is stuck in the lid !!

Faulty eyeshadow stick

My black star ombré Misty Rock eyeshadow stick arrived broken. When I opened the cap the entire stick was caught inside of it. It is an inconvenience to return this. This happened to me with my previous order and I kept it and used it that way. But this the second time it happens. I like the product. But I work a lot and it is very inconvenient to have to return. I’m considering just keeping it and not ordering again.

Ombré Mercure

Great colour and very easy to apply but the stick is loose in the holder and the twist mechanism is also very loose. I have a bronze one I bought previously which is in a more solid tube. Sad about the package quality considering the price.
