I have tried several different cleansers through the years, and they all dry my skin out despite them being made for dry skin. I was trying to find a cleansing balm, and I saw charlotte tilbury made one. This cleansing balm is THE REAL DEAL. My skin is not tight or dry shiny after I wash my face, and my skin is so soft. I have not tried the product as a mask yet, but this is my new staple product for my cleanser. I will say if you wear heavier makeup that you may need to incorporate a touch of makeup remover. On days I wear heavier makeup, I mix in a touch of Clinique take the day off and it takes everything off.

Don’t ever discontinue

This balm is amazing, it’s the best I’ve ever had and leaves my skin with a dewy look all day! It’s truly amazing and I don’t know what I’d turn to if this discontinued. Love love love

It’s a game changer !

Wow … I first got this as a present from my aunt who is my ultimate influencer ! At almost 80 years old she’s the most stylish lady I know ! This is fabulous ! I use it as a cleanser and a mask , after covid I was left with terrible skin which reacts to almost everything then this came along … my skin is softer plumper and it didn’t cause any reactions unlike most things I try these days . It removed makeup with ease and gives you a beautiful fresh glow . Thankyou Charlotte your products are fabulous Darling !!!

Confidence in a tub

I have been trialling many moisturisers and masks over the years and nothing comes close to this beautiful product. I prefer to use it after makeup removal on an evening and I sleep in it. My face (and neck) have never felt so soft and smooth. I’m prone to oiliness but this cream balances my skin. The packaging is glamorous and looks amazing on my counter. This product is worth every penny, stop wasting money on bad products and fad's, this is a true investment. I hope to use this for the rest of my life thank you Charlotte Tilbury.

It takes makeup off great! It is great as a moisturizing mask when I’ve got a little time and I’m feeling dry. It feels luxurious, smells luxurious. This morning as it was sitting on my face I thought to myself “please CT don’t every discontinue this product, I simply don’t know another product comparable.”
