Sponge applicator rips & falls apart

Been using this product for a couple of years now, always loved it, gives good coverage. But last 2 that I have bought over the last 6 months the sponge applicator has fallen apart or ripped after a few weeks of using. Which has never happened with previous ones I have used & I’ve had multiple, so not sure if the quality has been changed. Just ordered a new one so hoping this one doesn’t have the same issue.

Not a fan

I had an item refunded recently and chose this in its place. I’m not looking for a replacement or refund but I find this concealer useless. It turns my nose vein white and under my eyes flakey. I certainly don’t want to use this brand again

I can hardly believe how effective this product is - but seeing is believing ! Easy to apply too. ! All I can say is BUY IT

Cobertura normal, aplicador malísimo

He probado muchos correctores porque las ojeras son mi mayor problema. Este tiene una coberura media y la textura no es nada ligera, se hecho seca rapido y es pastosa. El aplicador es horroroso, cuidado la primera vez porque sale mycho de golpe, se desperdicia mucho y la esponja es inutilizable. No me parecería un mal corrector si fuera más barato.

I'm a little mad about this one.

I regret buying this. The product itself, the actual consealer seems ok. But how I'm the world did this applicator pass quality control. The 1st one i ordered came broken and the company sent me a new one. This applicator is the absolute worst. The sponge isn't actually a sponge and little peices flake off it it. The lid so difficult to open. I don't normally write bad reviews but I get so frustrated every time I try to use this consealer. I can't believe they sell this with this applicator. I will say I do like the color and the actual product itself. The applicator negates all this as it makes it impossible to use.

Amazing omg

A concealer that actually works to cover my dark circles I can’t believe it. Love it so much & haven’t had any issue with it lasting all day. I took one star off because the applicator tip is so terrible. I just put it on my finger to apply. Please change it!

Worst concealer I’ve ever brought

Firstly it took forever to get the liquid to come through the sponge tip twisted or 20+ times to get it to come out which then made me realise half of the concealer tube was empty!! When I’d did come through it only came through on one side so couldn’t distribute evenly. Now within maybe 10 uses the sponge tip on the end has come off. Horrendous product will definitely not be buying this again total waste of money!

Product is great, applicator is trash

It's great for undereye but the applicator is trash. After 2-3 uses it ripped. I expect better from such a high end brand.

Great product

I bought this recently and find the product very good with great coverage, however, the packaging is not great. The sponge tip on the applicator is hollow and has torn which makes it very uncomfortable to use around the undereye area. On first use, I had to twist the bottom about 20 times before any of the product came out - may just have been a faulty one on this occassion but stopped me from giving the 5 stars

Very Disappointed

I wanted to like this product so much. However, The tip took about half the tube to fill with product. Then the product was “watery” and did not cover well. It started separating from my under eye area and was unfixable. I tried adding more and got same results. I love Charlotte’s products but this one missed the mark. Returned.
