#sweepstakes I absolutely love this primer. I just started using this one when I noticed my other primer made my face dryer. This one adds the perfect glow.

dewy look

I am very picky about primer, and I have tried many different brands. This primer is not bad. It has the nice glowy, dewy finish after putting on powder. It keeps your skin feeling moist without greasy. The only thing was it did not correct my skin texture as much as the other primer I have used. That said, I like to use this primer as a highlighter instead of putting it all over my face. Overall, I think this primer is great for the price.

Not for dry, mature skin

I had high hopes for this as I adore the Light Reflecting foundation and on my 3rd bottle. I have been searching for a hydrating primer, ever since my holy grail was discontinued a few yrs.ago. I use alot of hydrating skincare, sunscreen, and then added this. Upon application it looks nice and dewy and then dries down to a dull matte finish. I tried it without foundation, with foundation, waiting before going in with make-up, applying makeup immediately- nothing worked- it took away the beautiful glow the Light Reflecting foundation gives, plus after a few hours my skin looked dry and the primer settled in all my lines! Horrible! I am returning it and my search goes on....

Peels and separates

This was a super weird experience. After following my normal skincare routine, I applied the primer and waited 5 minutes for it to settle. I began noticing that it was peeling from my face. When I applied the light reflecting foundation, the color looked off, more orange than normal. At the end of the day, there was A LOT of separation. This was just really bad all around.

This is amazing!

I put this product in first before I put any makeup on in the morning. I apply it to a clean face sparingly and then let it dry. It's a very simple process. It gives you a glow to your skin that is nice and subtle but perfect for everyday. I will repurchase this in the future and recommend to all my friends!

Works but do required a bit of attention

This is definitely one of those products that you would have to put in a bit of work to use. While it's pretty hydrating and give a pretty glow, I do notice that it can collect in my wrinkles and dry skin if I do not do proper skincare prep. Also, you would need to give it time after application before going in with your foundation to avoid pilling. I would recommend only using it underneath water-based foundation because I am pretty sure that it's water-based. I do not really see any improvement in the wear time but I do feel very hydrated throughout the day

Great product for dry skin

NARS kindly gave me this Light Reflecting Hydrating Primer for free so that I could review it. I have dry sensitive skin and under makeup and certain primers can emphasize the side effects of that but this product was a game changer. Hydrating and great ingredients. Packaging is good

I love this primer by NARS! It's my new go-to for a makeup base as it is lightweight, lasts all day, makes pores seem to disappear, and leaves you absolutely glowing! I'm so happy to have come across this product. Definitely must have for anyone who loves makeup.

It has a sheer tint but not heavy coverage. It is very hydrating. And stayed on just fine, even in this hot weather.
