Bad product

This product is terrible. First of all, it broke me out horribly. Also, it’s meant to remove makeup, but I had to scrub for several minutes to get my makeup off, even while using a lot of it. Even my normal cleansers can take my makeup off better.

I will not be without this! It takes so little to wash the day completely away! Even mascara doesn’t have a chance! Leaves my skin baby butt smooth every time!!

Does the job, But smells weird

This cleansing balm does remove makeup really well and has a nice texture. However, it is a really high price point for makeup remover in my opinion and the smell is not the best. There is better products.

Didn’t remove my makeup, especially couldn’t get off my mascara or eyeliner. Smelled bad. Not a fan.

My favorite makeup remover!!

The best makeup remover I have ever used!!! I know some people say it burns their eyes but I have never had that issue. My skin feels amazing after! Definitely 5 stars!!!

Didn’t really like it

After using the product, it didn’t wash off of my skin easily, without using lots of water ( maybe i wasn’t washing correctly; don’t know how to wash incorrectly🤷‍♀️ ) wont repurchase.

Great Cleanser but burns my eyes

I bought this balm and the milk vegan cleanser to try something new and theyre both great but it burns my eyes. I use the balm first then the vegan cleanser and it removes all of my makeup. They work great together. I have dry skin and it doesnt leave my skin feeling stripped. The only issue is it burns my eyes. Not sure if ill be repurchasing unfortunately

This product is very affective and does it’s job it also leaves my skin very smooth afterwards but it does have a weird smell to it which doesn’t really both me but is noticeable.

Not the best

I got this because I needed and wanted to try something new to cleanse off my makeup. Honestly not worth the price point doesn’t actually remove a lot of my makeup and I still have to double cleanse.

Waste of Money

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I was really hoping this would be really good. I have to double the amount that I would use for other melting cleaners. Honestly, for the same price, I would buy drunk elephants makeup melting butter cleaner. Definitely will NOT repurchase.

Its just ok

Nice cleansing balm, smell is pretty discreet, I personally dislike heavily scented products so I really appreciate that this isn't. Texture is similar to most cleansing balms, think it works well. I don't use a ton of makeup, got this mostly to remove sunscreen with first cleanse. Think it son, but honestly nothing to rave about.

It doesn’t remove any make up. There are better cleansing balms out there.
