Hand Wash - Jabón de Manos

A must have

Absolutely love the Ouai hand wash and lotion. Not only does it keep my hands soft and smells amazing but it looks great on my bathroom counter.

Love the product. Packaging could use some work

Love love love the scent. It has little beads in it to exfoliate a la Aesop hand wash. The only thing I dislike about this product is the pump dispenses too much soap, so you go through it very fast. I always have to be careful to do a little half pump so I am not swimming in soap

Perfect (almost) hand wash

I enjoy the fragrance of this hand wash very much and is stays with you. I always partner it with the OUAI hand lotion. I will say the bottle is a bit hard to own.

Smells amazing but please redesign the bottle

I am here solely to provide instructions on how to get this thing open. Start by turning the whole lid (the pump AND the base part where it meets the bottle) clockwise super super tight, so there is a tight seal on the bottle. Then turn ONLY the top part of pump counter-clockwise, in the direction of the arrow on the pump. If you're doing it right, it will feel tight/hard to turn and then it will pop into place and open up. Good luck. This stuff smells incredible but it really shouldn't be this hard to open a bottle

Broken

I got it broken…. But if it worked it would be a four star review. Don’t get me wrong this product is great. but also a lot of money and I personally prefer the dial hand soap. But also if you can afford it get it spend your money how you want. spend

How to open!

This soap is great. I’m only writing a review because the pump is such a pain, but omg ALL YOU HAVE TO DO is press your two fingers on the base of the pump (around the smaller ring thing so the pump is between your fingers) then twist the pump head in the direction of the arrow. Opens right up. I watched a Youtube video. Wild. This is my second bottle and both were a fight until watching that.

Excellent product! The best hand Wash i ever tried before, i have OCD and i wash my hands frequently, and with this soap, i feel my hands clean and hydrated!! I full recommend this one!

The smell is not the best, it’s alright and the worst part is the pumps don’t work. I’ve been trying to open mine and never could.

Difficult pump, not worth the hassle

The soap is aesthetically pleasing on the countertop but that’s about it. The scent is pleasant at first but leaves a lingering old woman perfume-y scent on your hands. Like most of the reviews, the pump was very very difficult to start pumping. I was able to get it to pump after turning it while pressing down and eventually you’ll hear the pump click into position. I have to say after spending over 10 minutes on trying to get the pump to work, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about purchasing the soap and will NOT be repurchasing.

Smells great and makes hands soft

Smell is incredible and actually lasts on your hands forever! The scrubbing beads are effective yet gentle. Best lux hand soap!

I am a die hard fan of OUAI and their fragrances. I love the smell and texture of this hand wash. The scent lingers, but it isn’t overwhelming. It also sits very pretty next to the hand lotion on our counter top. I have ordered both the OUAI hand wash and lotion twice now, and I would say, 2/4 times the pump did not work or came broken, so beware.

Pump doesn’t work

PUMP DOES NOT WORK!!!!! I have bought two of these and both of the pumps are non functional. Don’t waste your money.
