Good product

I bought this as it was recommended after using Christophe Robin de salt scrub. I have long hair that gets very knotty but this has been a god send. It smells amazing as well

I'd give it zero starts if I could. I love Christophe Robin products but this is a total disappointment.

Too light for fine/curly hair

I bought this conditioner to pair with a Christophe Robin shampoo I already had and loved (Volume Shampoo Paste with Rassoul Clay and Rose Extracts). For me, this conditioner is too light to use on a regular basis. I have fine, wavy/curly hair (2b/2c), and it needs a richer (but not heavy) conditioner. The clay shampoo especially can be a little drying, so if anything a heftier conditioner rather than a lighter one would pair better. This product might be better suited for someone with hair that doesn't struggle with retaining moisture. :(

This is the only product I've ever returned to Sephora. It has a nice scent, but despite multiple attempts to emulsify it as the instructions describe I found it impossible. I have thin, curly hair and each time I tried to use this I ended up having to rinse it out and use my husband's conditioner in an effort to actually get the snarls out of my hair. I tried emulsifying it in my hands before applying it to my hair, rubbing it into my scalp, sliding it through the lengths, and none of it worked. My hair was almost sticky to the touch and fairly tangled after every attempt. It felt icky, and took a fair amount of time with a wide tooth comb and a different conditioner to work out the mess it left behind. From looking at reviews, it definitely works for some people, but I'm not one.

Misleading reviews

I have blond, long and very fine hair. It tangles a lot because of how thin my hairs are. I’ve been desperate to find a product that would help and have tried almost everything. Every hairstylist shrugged and didn’t have a solution. I saw the reviews on this product and was very hopeful. Unfortunately, this conditioner didn’t detangle anything. My hair was as tangled as without using a conditioner. At least other conditioners made it softer and easier to comb, but this one did absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.

awesome product!

This product is great! It’s not your typical conditioner as it’s not as thick and it won’t instantly detangle but it leaves my hair so smooth and soft once it’s dried. I usually brush my hair before I shower and then detox with the Christophe Robin scalp scrub (which is amazing!) and then use this from roots to tips. This is a great addition and it’s paraben free. Trust me, you won’t regret it :)

tangled mess of disappointment !!!!!

Literally the worst hair product. Like trying to get gum out of your hair when you get out of the shower. Just a giant rats nest of disappointment. It does smell amazing... however, calling it “detangling” is laughable bordering on down right angering.

Not great for my use

I have extremely fine/thin hair with about 6 inches of bad bleach damage at the bottom. I've been looking for a conditioner that hydrates without making me too greasy to use for "conditioner washing". This isn't advised for my hair type and does keep me a little weighed/down greasy but I work from home in pandemic so I figured I may as well try to heal my hair now. This product is ALMOST there... The first 2 uses I would have sworn this was holy grail, didn't make me weighed down, seemed to get rid of the excess grease without stripping anything off, and hydrated my ends. By the end of the sample it works okay but still definitely only works as a day 2 or 3 "stop the dry ends but will make the top even worse" product. I'd highly consider using this whenever I go back to being a real person who actually uses shampoo AND conditioner as part of a, what is it? Heal...healthy... root.. Teen? ROUTINE! Healthy routine!

Doesn't do much.....

My hair is very long and fine... I am really disappointed that this product did not live up to its hype. In fact, I think this further tangled my hair and dried it out. It has a really soothing and luxurious scent, but that's about it.

Read the Directions!

Read the instructions with this one! My hair tangles very easy. I received this product as a sample and did not read the instructions and gooped it on my hair thinking it was a detangler. After putting it on my towel dried hair then blow drying it I read the back (finally) and realized at that point I was supposed to rinse it out. Oops! I didn’t rewash my hair. Woke up next morning thinking I’d have to rewash. I didn’t! Lots of body and looked great! Styled with my hot iron and out the door! Looked good all day!
