Bring back the old formula

I used the Sens eyes formula for years. It worked so well, I never had to pull or tug on my skin. It took everything off on the first swipe. The new gel formula is horrible. I'm so sad I have to find q new product.

Really wonderful eye make up remover

I am 61 years old. I have been wearing make up for almost 50 years. I have tried just about every brand of eye makeup remover. This is just excellent. Slightly dampen a cotton round. Put a couple of pumps on the cotton round. Wipe off one eye. Flip the cotton round over, put a couple of pumps on and remove the other eye's makeup. So so so easy. Even with waterproof liners and mascara.

Must have

seems this product is very polarizing. I love it. I have sensitive eyes and the biphase makeup removers sting because the oil seeps in my eyes. Tried many many makeup removers this is the best so far

Would not try or purchase again

I would not buy this again. Yes it removes makeup but my vision is blurry for the first hour after using it every time. It’s like the lotion stays in your eyes.

Burns eyes and doesn't remove eye makeup! Terrible product. Wish I hadn't been recommended it!

MUST HAVE

I dont understand the negative reviews. Ive tried every makeup remover and this is the gentlest one, never burns and never fails to remove mascara. I am never without it. I own several backups. Better than clinique or lancome

Forgot how good this is …

Used to use this all the time pre-Covid since then and working at home I haven’t worn a lot of eye makeup - recently repurchased this and forgot how wonderful it is … very effective yet very gentle. Love that it can be used on eyes and lips! Will re-purchase over and over highly recommend super gentle like that I can use it on my eyes and my lips.

Recommended for Waterproof Make up

I really love the make up remover from this brand.. is the only one that melts literally my waterproof make up.. i highly recommend it.. the only comment to the brand is that the old formula I like it better

Disappointed

I used the Sens eyes for years and I’m very disappointed on this new formula. Does not work the same, it does not work for waterproof mascara, will have to look for a different product.

New formula is terrible - I loved the original

Makeup Forever used to have THE BEST waterproof makeup remover - this new stuff doesn’t even come close in quality. The ONLY way it works is to “glob” on a bunch and use it with a makeup remover prepackaged wipes products

Burns and doesn’t work

Terrible Doesn’t remove eye makeup and burns Worst one ever tried - annoyed the rep suggested it

Go back to the old formula!

Used the old formula for years and it was the only thing that could effectively remove waterproof mascara without damaging my lashes. Cannot imagine why there was a need to reformulate. This version did a poor job of removing mascara and left my eyes stinging for several hours.
