I can’t understand the negative reviews. I have curly hair, and out of all the endless shampoos and conditioners I have used over the years, this is one of the rare ones that makes my hair feel amazing. I personally love the smell. My only criticism is the cost, the price is off the scale, so sometimes it is hard to justify it. However for now I will continue, as this product has brought my curls and hair condition back to life. I also dig. React to it on my scalp like so many others. Please don’t change or get rid of this Keratese

So disappointing

Probably the worst shampoo I ever tried. And all shampoo from kerastase it’s so rubbish . Tried so many different from kerastase and nothing great. Don’t want buy anymore. Rubbish

The overpowering smell makes me feel sick

The previous version of this range was brilliant (dark pink containers). I can’t use this anymore as the smell is overpowering and makes my eyes sting. With no other scent option I had to use another range which kills my colour faster

Absolutely awful product

So disappointed with wasting money on this and the conditioner after being recommended by my hairdresser after switching from the nutritive range. My hair feels oily at the roots yet dry and rough on the sensitized ends after using this. Doesn't clean your hair properly and doesn't put any hydration in. Even more worrying since using this my hair has started falling out at an alarming rate. Put me off wasting anymore money on this brand that I've been using for years.

Awful shampoo

Started using this 3 months ago along with the conditioner. It’s made my hair dry, dull and unmanageable. After washing my hair is difficult to style even with a recommended styling product. I’ve given sufficient time for this product to work before writing a review . Certainly not worth the price tag

Rubbish

This is horrible so drying and greasy at the same time

Love this product. Perfect for my hair. Makes my fine hair super manageable without fading my color.

Not Happy

Have used your coloured shampoo for a very long time then it was discontinued why !!! this range is not good at all and not be spending my money on Kerastase again !!

Rough hair

Hair is a bit rough after using the shampoo. Kerastase Specifique Balancing Shampoo is better

Tenia las expectativas altas despues de leer muchas reseñas. Pero a mi no me ha funcionado ningun producto de esta linea, me dejan el pelo seco, encrespado y sin vida. Definitivamente, por el precio que tienen prefiero otros productos. No han hecho nada por mi pelo. Ademas el olor no es nada agradable.

Love this shampoo!

I am on my second bottle of this shampoo. I have fine hair and it feels silky with added volume after using this shampoo. I have also bought the conditioner with my latest order.

Good and Bad

I changed to the keratase as recommended by my hair stylist but I have to say I am confused as to whether this even suits my hair. On the one hand my hair does feel very clean and light after washing and lasts a little longer without it turning oily, but this shampoo doesn’t lather well and because of the consistency you have to use more product to reach all parts of your hair and scalp. Most importantly my hair has started falling out like crazy ever since I started using this product. I don’t even understand how so much hair can fall off each wash I’m almost worried I’m balding. its tough for me since I obviously cannot keep using this product if it’s making my hair fall off but am struggling to find another product that can make my hair feel as clean as this one does
