[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Received as a sample not much to use but after trying, I love it. I got uneven skin tone now after 4 months using ( I purchased a full size to use) I can tell how different my skin tone before and after. It is lightweight, great absorbing and smell so good. Recommend this product

Works, but there are better options

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] As an esthetician I’m quite picky about my products. I was excited to try the Dior Retishot. Compared to other retinol products I’ve used it’s not as effective in getting results quickly, and I’m not the biggest fan of the smell of it. It does penetrate into the skin well, and doesn’t leave a residue.

I was not a fan of the scent but this is an option if you don't have a prescription for tretinoin. It is a high price for a small amount. Make sure you only use at night and wear SPF during the day.

Not effective for my skin

Unfortunately I disliked the scent and didn’t notice any difference after using up the entire sample. I’m not sure if the size of the sample I was gifted from Influenster is the problem, or if it’s just not effective for my skin.

I received this product free in return for my opinion, I really enjoyed the scent the packaging and it made my skin feel soft but I noticed no change in the way my skin felt at all

It was alright. With retinol it takes a while to see a difference so I’m not sure how effective it is. At the very least, it did not irritate my skin so that was a plus.

Got this as a free sample.I really did enjoy the texture of this serum! Don't know how it will do long-term yet since I just received a sample, but my skin absorbed it amazingly! 

Not safe for acne prone skin

Not my favorite. It’s perfumed which isn’t terrible but I would prefer it without any scent. The texture was nice and easy to rub in. The ingredients have a few pore cloggers so I wouldn’t use this regularly since I have acne prone skin. It’s also super expensive.

Nice texture, strong scent

Dior Capture Total Retishot has a very pleasant texture and it sinks in the sink. It comes in aluminum packaging making it easy to get all the product out. It has a penetrating perfumey scent that was hard to ignore. I don’t know what percentage of retinol it has but it seems to be low, perhaps for a beginner.

Surprised and Pleased!

I used the Dior Retishot cream for a total of 6 weeks before writing this review and noticed a good difference in the fine lines around my eyes and my forehead. It took my skin a couple of weeks to adjust to the retinol, but it was much less so than with other creams. Overall, I would recommend this cream to anyone looking for a good retinol cream.

Top tier

I have used MANY retinols over the years and this one is the best one I’ve used TO DATE. I have always had an affinity for Dior skincare. I find that it not only is a well known brand but they do everything that they promise. This retinol I love for many reasons. My favorite reason and the first thing I noticed was that it absorbed almost instantly into my skin. It left my skin feeling soft and silky smooth but not oily or greasy. It has a very nice light fragrance that I find with almost all Dior skincare products. The chrome packaging looks great on my vanity with my lineup of other Dior products and my skin looks better now at 37 then it did at 25! It’s absolutely glowing, smooth and radiant

Small but mighty

I really like this product, it has a good texture and did not dry out my face given retinol can sometimes be harsh on the skin. I would like more information on the % of active ingredients, etc. but also it’s hard to tell the long term effectiveness with a small sample.
