I replaced Estée Lauder’s Revitalizing Night Cream with this Bora Barrier. Works just as good & is far less expensive. 1 pump & pat lightly all over face & neck after my serum & eye cream. I can feel it slimy when I wash AM

This is a no go for me

This Bora cream is awful. I have used Protini for several years. It keeps my skin soft and perfect. But this cream made my skin SO dry and flaky. It also clogged my pores. I will stick with the Protini.

Extremely helpful with dryness that accompanies using retinoids. I have been on tretinoin for 5 years. I switched from protini to this for the winter months. Game changer.

Rolls on your skin

It’s TERRIBLE!! First, I tried it in the morning but my foundation (same products I’d been using) rolled every time I’d apply. I switched to using this at night but if I slightly rub my face it still rolls. It’s basically unusable unless you don’t mind having chunks of product on your face.

Great for dry skin

I love this moisturizer for winter. It is very thick. I use it mostly at night. Its great on my dry spots like around my nose. It is definitely for dry skin.

Love it for my neck!

This stuff is a god send for my neck and hands. I haven’t tried it on my face in fear that it’s too heavy since I can still break out in my 30s :( but im LOVING this as a neck cream. I have had difficulty finding a cream that was thick and hydrating until this :) never stop making this please

A Rose Among Thorns

I hate that my skin loves this product…but boy does it love this product! I’ve tried dupes (CeraVe, Herbivore) and nothing has worked as well as this beauty right here. The price is steep to say the least, however as someone with sensitive and acne prone skin, it is very much so worth it. And how cute is it that it comes out shaped like a flower?

My new favorite moisturizer!

This cream is amazing for "mature" skin. It's super hydrating. When I splash my face with water to begin my nightly cleansing at the end of the day after using the Bora Barrier cream, I can still feel the cream on my skin.

Too thick doesn’t spread nicely and clogged my pores making me break out. I would not repurchase.

It’s alright but nothing to write home about

I bought this product because I’ve loved other products from Drunk Elephant. It’s nice if you’re not layering with other skincare (causes a lot of pilling). Very thick and would probably work best if this is the only product in your routine.

Best moisturizer ever!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS. I got a sample and within a few days of using it as my night cream, my skin started looking healthier, firmer, and just overall better. I didn't even realize at first that it was the sample but once I did, I bought the full size (twice now) and cannot go back. My skin has never looked so good. I wear it under another brand's cream base and makeup during the day and have absolutely zero issues with makeup. This is a must have whether or not your skin runs dry.
