Costly packaging is negative

I have used this product for years. I live is snow country so my skin is extremely dry. I am 61 and I find it to be effective. My only critic is the packaging. Seems to me the packaging is a large portion of what you paying for when you buy. Wasteful. Additionally, l the jar doesn't fit in the drawer very well and I don't care for things left on the counter.

Excellent! Does what it claims!

This cream does what it claims. I saw a difference after two weeks of use 6-7 times a week related to moisture replenishment, suppleness, smoothing and lessening of fine lines, and an overall glow and improvement in texture. Because it is a heavy duty moisturizer, I use this at night only - it does have a mild floral scent but it doesn’t bother me. It does come with a small spatula for application - and a little goes a VERY long way. While it is not cheap by any means, it’s very clear it will last me for some time, which makes repurchase an easy decision, especially since it works. My skin is sensitive and trying different products is always a calculated risk but this caused me no problems at all - Highly recommended.

Super Nice

This moisturizer makes my skin SO SOFT, and I have no complaints apart from the price tag. $80 is a lot for 1.7 oz, but I am pretty sure I got this half off during a sale. Boujee, high quality, a little perfumey but not overwhelming. I am sure this would keep your skin so soft if you used it long-term, but I don't know if I would repurchase.

Contains parabens!

I can't believe I've been putting this on my face. This product contains parabens, a chemical that most beauty products are moving away from now because of the widely believed hormone altering effects it can cause on your body. Do your research. Why risk it and pay so much for something that will cause your body more harm than good?

Not worth it. All hype.

Good moisturizer but never dries and had no benefits besides hydration. Definitely not worth the money. You're only paying for the brand name. Total hype.

WARNING: THIS CONTAINS SQUALENE

WARNING: This product contains squalene. Squalene is made from shark liver oil. I checked the ingredients and it doesn't say cruelty free. If you want to save our oceans, don't buy this product or ANY product that contains squalene. If it is plant-based squalene it is okay. But if they do not specify it, it is most likely from sharks. Extracting squalene from sharks is very violent and even illegal in some countries and states. If you buy products that contain squalene, you are contributing to the shark fin trade and shark cruelty. There are 100 million sharks killed each year, and if we keep using products like this, there won't be many sharks left to kill. Furthermore, do you want to rub shark liver oil on your face??? I sure don't. Please be mindful in the products you buy. You can do research to see what products are safe. Thank you!!

I thought I was buying this miracle cream I thought wrong! I gave it 3 stars because it does soften the skin but it is not a miracle worker and I have used shiseido products For the past two years. Maybe my skin has adapted and needs something more powerful. Good starter cream though. Many others that would work just as well for a cheaper price.

changed my game in less than a week

I just received this this past week and I am already very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to on this one. My skin was almost instantly firmer, lifted, less fine lines, smoother w a glow. Even to the touch it feels like silk has been applied to your face. It moisturizes well. The only thing is some might find it a little heavy or greasy if they apply too much. I’d just say go light!

Just OK

Just ok for the price. I used nightly for two weeks and didn’t notice much difference and left me greasy. While it’s a great moisturizer don’t think it did much else. Disappointed for the price I paid l.

Hydrating and Wrinkle Reducer

This cream is amazing. I started using it bec my coworker came in one day with a beautiful glow and wrinkle free forehead. He told me he was using this miracle cream and I had to try it. Lo and behold he was right... it was amazing. My forehead lines disappeared... and my skin was hydrated and plump. Used this at night and during the day. I would wake up with the best glow even during the winter. I tried it on my mom and it gave her a youthful glow too.

Creamy texture and good hydration

I have been using this product for a few weeks and really love how it feels on my face. It's a little more heavy and creamy than I anticipated, but gets absorbed quite nicely. I haven't seen any major changes in my skin that's worth noting but I do love the fresh feeling after application.

Love this moisturizer it’s Not heavy or too light. It doesn’t feel sticky and I do notice a rejuvenation in my skin when I go back to this brand. It’s also great how you can use it day and night.
