Berry Bright Vitamin C - Crema de ojos

I wanted to love it but….

I love Koras products and I wanted to love this eye cream but it didn’t work for what I mainly bought it for. My main reason for making this purchase was to brighten my under eyes but sadly it didn’t. I used it day and night since December til April when I finished the cream. I will say it is very hydrating for the eyes and it’s delicate for sensitive skin and if that is something you’d like and need I will say this is a great buy for just that but for brightening your under eye I will say try something else

May be too harsh for some

I really liked how hydrating and thick this was but it dead leave the skin around my eyes feeling like there was a rash. There was nothing visible but it was rough to the touch so I switched back to Origins vitamin C eye cream and my eyes went back to normal within a couple of days.

it’s good

good product + brightened my eyes but you don’t get much product for how expensive it is </3 you could probably find a cheaper one that works well too. it also smelled really strong like almonds? 😭

Chemical burn around my eye

I used this product for a full year and it was fine but now I am starting to get burns around my eye. So bad to the point where I needed to put aquaphor on my under eyes just to make sure they stay moisturized because t because this eye cream like sucked the moist

Just didn’t add enough moisture

Actually returned and purchased Tatcha Pot. Just works better for me.

Formula change?

Did they changem the formulation on this cream? I was happily using this eye cream for well over a year, and honestly it was fantastic. The area around my eyes looked supple and younger within just a couple weeks of using it. I was buying the refills ritually. But recently after opening a new refill, I started getting rashes on my eyelid area. I stopped for a week, the rashes healed, and then I restarted again just to see what would happen. Back to pink rashes around my eyes, and I've changed *nothing* in my skincare routine. I don't know why but my skin is now reacting badly to this. Huge bummer because no other eye cream had worked this well.

Smells off and plastic-ey

Smells like plastic, like a melted crayon. Maybe I got an expired batch? Does nothing to nourish under eye skin (as compared to La Mer/ Kate Sommervillle/ True Botanicals/ Drunken Elephant eye creams which I have used over the past 20 years). I am going to use it up as a neck cream. My 6yo loves the jar. But the cream itself is a waste of money, you can get much better quality eye creams.

Disappointed

This product actually made my under-eye skin dry - so much that in the morning I would have to literally pick away or wash off the flakes it made. Threw it away after many attempts.

It’s a really soft cream for the eyes. I have very sensitive skin and do suffer from eczema but I have no reaction to this eye cream. I bought the refill also.

Not for me

Purchased this because it has great reviews & I'm running out of my current eye cream by a certain Asian brand that comes in a white jar with a flower in the lid. I was hoping this would be a slightly cheaper, eco-friendly (since it's refillable), visually pleasing solution. Unfortunately, it does not work for me. It sits on my skin & never really absorbs. It's also really thick, like a night sleeping mask or a lip mask. It also stings when it gets in my eyes (like when I tear up or sweat). This has never happened with my usual eye cream.

Smells off

This smells like playdoh, and that smell means its bad to me. I will be returning this, I cant even try it because it smells so bad. I use a lot of Kora products and I have never had anything from this be so bad.
