Stunningly helpful for rosacea, on non-mature skin
I bought this in a bit of an emergency headed to a developing country for two months with carry-on baggage only, and it was the only thing in the Duty Free Americas that looked like a reasonable night cream. Minus one star for having dimethicone, mineral oil, fragrance, and other nasty ingredients. I expected my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin to break out and be miserable. To my utter disbelief, the redness is WAY down and between this and onboarding to tretinoin, my skin is less read, with fewer papilopustular rosacea dots (not zits, just unsightly red bumps) than I’ve seen in ages. It really helped me get through the tretinoin ‘uglies’ (peeling, purging, etc) for about a week and a half by providing instead moisture. I don’t want to like this product as much as I do; the barrier-protecting ingredients must be really efficacious however, and if the fragrance were a problem my angry rosacea skin would be a mess by now. I’m only 36 but might keep this around as a secret weapon against my rosacea flareups.

This is by far the best cream on the market for mature skin.
I use Shiseido's Nutriperfect both in the morning and at night and have found that it is the only product that does what it says it will. It's an excellent product.
