Smells expired and broke me out

Yeah I should have read the reviews. It smelled expired and I thought that was just the normal smell of maracuja oil. Noticed two cysts after years of not getting them. Immediately stopped using it. The only thing I liked was it controlled my oil skin.

Why is Expired Oil being sold to people?

I used to love Maracuja oil, it made my skin feel amazing and even glow. The last couple of times I bought it though, it smelled expired/old/bad. The first time i took in that sketchy smell, I thought it was a one-off. But after the second purchase, I decided to check the reviews to see if others were experiencing this. Turns out there's a huge problem with the quality of this brand. This hurts. Seriously, just take it off the shelf.

Not for me - caused breakouts!

This product made me break out, but my mom and sister love it. The only thing I consider using it for now is lip balm. You might want to avoid this if you have sensitive skin!

Old bottle? Smells terrible

I like this product in terms of texture and moisturizing factors, but oh my god does it smell bad. Maybe I got an old bottle, but it smells rancid. Like the oil went sour.

Works for aging skin and cute bottle breaks apart

Love the use, I’m older 48 now..so skin gets dry and this works with foundation so it’s not caked and added to nightly routine and I see a change in my skin. Love it! Bottle and packaging is cute BUT the top pops off, oil is everywhere so I can’t take it with me. Love the product but the cute packaging stinks bc the bottle is a mess and top falls off

Wonders for my skin

Such an underrated oil. I don’t know why everyone talks about it smelling bad. I don’t find that at all. I also don’t think it’s an overwhelming smell. Most importantly this oil has done wonders for my skin. I’ve been using it for about 4 years now. The only thing I found that truly helped me get through the rough stages of daily retinol use. Not too heavy to use a little during the day either. Will continue to buy.

Allergy

I wanted so badly to use this product because of the benefits and reviews. But I had to WORST reaction. Around my eyes are red and swollen and scabbed, the corners of my mouth are dry and red and scabbed and around my nose is dry. If you are able to use this product, good for you! But beware if you have an allergic reaction.
